Return and Refund Policy

At Devmediapro, we are committed to providing professional services in the fields of design, programming, and photography, and we strive to ensure our customers’ satisfaction by delivering high-quality services. As our services are digital and non-physical, our return policy is subject to the following conditions:

1. Acceptable Return Cases:

Customers can request a refund only in the following cases:

  • Failure to deliver the service within the agreed-upon period without any prior communication regarding the delay.
  • The received service significantly differs from what was agreed upon (e.g., a design that does not match the description).
  • The presence of major technical issues that were not resolved within the agreed-upon support period.
  • Cancellation of the order before work begins, in which case an administrative fee may be deducted depending on the nature of the service.

2. Non-Acceptance of Returns:

  • Once the service is delivered and the customer receives the final files (such as designs, or photos), refunds are not possible.
  • Returns are not accepted in case of customer dissatisfaction with the design, programming, or photography style after the service has been performed according to the agreement.
  • Refunds are not accepted if the delivered product or service has been partially used.

3. Review Period and Modification Requests:

  • To ensure our customers’ satisfaction, we provide a 7 days period after receiving the service to request modifications if necessary, according to the prior agreement on the allowed number of modifications.

4. Refund Method:

  • If the customer is eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned via the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within 3 business days.
